SUMMER PROGRAM ENROLLMENT PROCESS

To apply to the Camp Excel Summer Program parents should first contact our Director, Kathleen Cable by phone (732-281-0275). From information provided by parents it can be determined if the child might benefit from the program. Next, an appointment will be made with Ms. Cable to meet with the child and the parents. If it is agreed that this is an appropriate placement and that the program will meet the child’s needs, the child will be enrolled. A non-refundable deposit of $600 will hold a place for the child. If your school district or other funding source will be making payment we must have a commitment letter before a place will be held.

 *AT THIS TIME PAYMENT IN FULL AND COMPLETED PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR CHILD’S SPOT

Note: Enrollment Packet should be completed  ONLY after an interview with the Director and the deposit has been made.

SATURDAY PROGRAM ENROLLMENT PROCESS

To apply to the Camp Excel Saturday Program, parents should first contact our Director, Kathleen Cable by phone (732-281-0275). From information provided by parents it can be determined if the child might benefit from the program. Next, an appointment will be made with Ms. Cable to meet with the child and the parents for an evaluation.  If it is agreed that this is an appropriate placement and that the program will meet the child’s needs, the child will be enrolled.

Enrolled children can download the Saturday Program forms below.  Sign and mail the contract, Health and Medical Form (if your child did not attend the Summer Program) and the $90 deposit, to Camp Excel, PO Box 373, Toms River, NJ 08754.
